Our story

Story

Held a three-day seminar with Shihan Kenny Kenjiro Ueda, Shito-Ryu Sobukan 7th Dan from Okinwa, Japan. It left an indelible mark, carrying with our students the essence of Shito-Ryu Sobukan and the wisdom of a true martial arts master.

Various forms and sparring are commonly used in martial arts exhibitions and tournaments. Some competitions pit practitioners of different disciplines against each other.

Full-contact sparring or competition, where strikes are not pulled but thrown with full force as the name implies, has a number of differences from light contact sparring.

Incorporated as the Transamerican Association of Shito-Ryo Karate-Do TASK as a non-profit organization in the state of Pennsylvania, PA.

All Bhutanese Karatekas, (karate instructors and their players), convened in Ohio to inaugurate the practice of Shito-Ryu style Karate in the United States. Subsequently, they commenced classes in Columbus, Ohio.
